    • finalize O2O’s brand identity and visual direction

    • begin drafting “The O2O Journal”

    • connect with local youth organizations to pilot O2O workshops

    • outline sponsorship and fundraising model

    • design and launch first downloadable O2O Toolkit

    • finalize and release the O2O Workbook (print + digital)

    • host 2–3 local and virtual journaling workshops

    • partner with at least one local school to have the O2O workbook as a trusted resource for youth

    • open applications for O2O leaders nationwide

  • April 6, 2021 was the day that nearly broke me. In honor of the 5 year anniversary of my Dad’s passing, I am creating the Day of Opportunity to ensure the day that once tried to break me can now be used as a launching pad to build others.

    • host the first O2O Weekend of Opportunity (reflection, service, and growth)

    • launch the My Opportunity Challenge (#MyO2OOpportunity)

    • distribute 200+ O2O Journals and Toolkits to participants

    • celebrate the Governor’s Proclamation of ‘Day of Opportunity’ in Alabama

    • secure fiscal sponsorship or official nonprofit partnership

    • create O2O leadership workshops for schools and youth groups

    • grow the Leadership Program to 50 states

    • release impact report + next-year goals
